Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid- 1 to 2 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire, Edinburgh or Darlington offices.
My client area large prestigous government organisation and are looking for Data Scientists to come and join their team on an initial 6 monthbasis, paying ﾃつ｣15.81 per hour, Inside IR35.
Essential requirements of role:
* Experience/knowledge of code and functionsin a way that is reusable, fits best standards guidance, and are robustly unit tested. (Preferably in Python, PySpark or R)
*Desirable experience within reproducible pipelines for systematic processing of statistical data.
* Data analytics and visualisation experience.
* Experience communicating key characteristics about data sources used within any project and how decisions taken on their use will have downstream impacts on data quality and suitability.
* Stakeholder management/engagement.
* Agile project knowledge.
* Team engagement skills.
* Excellent communicational skills both written and verbally.
Successfulcandidates will be required to undergo SC Clearance, therefore applicants must of resided in the UK for a minimum of five out of the last five years, in order to undergo this level of security check.
