What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Manager at Jumar, you will:
* Lead Projects: Oversee applicationdevelopment and modernisation projects, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
* Engage Clients: Serve as the primary client liaison, building trust and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
*Inspire Teams: Lead cross-functional Agile teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster collaboration and excellence.
* Manage Risks: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Ensure Quality: Uphold the highest standards in project deliverables by implementing best practices and conducting regular quality checks.
* Drive Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members, and advocate for Agile principles across the organisation.
* Focus on Outcomes: Align solutions with customer goals and deliver measurable business value.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Experience: Proven success as a Delivery Manager and Agile Scrum Master in application development or modernisation projects.
* Leadership: A strong track record ofempowering teams and driving effective delivery.
* Technical Insight: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to spot gaps and implement improvements.
* Agility: Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including tools like Azure DevOps.
* Communication: Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and team collaboration.
* Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and deliver in dynamic environments.* Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Why Join Jumar?
