Concept Resourcing are looking for a Digital Strategy Lead to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £600-650 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Play a leading role in the development and communication of HMG Digital Strategy, working closely with analytical colleagues to ensure all components make sense and fit together as part of an innovative, robust, holistic and compelling direction and plan.
* Contribute todiscussions with senior officials and Ministers on the creation and delivery of Strategy and functional content.
* Use the Digital Strategy to shape and influence the broader DDaT performance and implementation plan, working with senior leadership to resolve difficult challenges quickly and with confidence.
* Represent the organisation in meetings across government both withinthe Cabinet Office and OGDs, managing strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels across government and with external influencers to secure delivery of strategic priorities.
* Shape and craft a portfolio of strategy submissions and briefingsfor senior governance meetings and departmental commissions.
* Mentor and support the other members of the Strategy and Analysis team and wider strategy community.
