Description:
My client are a large government body, and they are seeking an Economic Analyst for a 9 month contract (inside IR35).This position is paying up to £300.00 per day. They have offices across London, Manchester and Bristol and are happy with workers being in one day per week.
As an Economic Analyst you will be responsible for the production and provisions of high-qualityeconomic analysis, evidencing the viability of new projects and programmes through benefits modelling to evaluating the benefits realisation for existing programmes of work.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Digital Identity programme,and will also need to form strong working relationships with colleagues across wider teams and other government departments to inform your analysis and modelling and support it with accurate, reliable data.
In this role you'll:
* Perform functions of cost-benefit analysis, evaluation and benefits modelling to support the production of a full business case for a large digitalprogramme in the heart of government.
* Build strong working relationships across multiple government departments to access key data for analysis as part of building a strong business case
* Lead and own the analysis for reporting to the central government body responsible for monitoring central government major projects, evidencing the benefits for the programme
* Report your findings to senior leadership, as well as to senior decisions makers in central government.
