Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for experienced EPOS Field Service Engineers for an upcoming hardware roll-out across the UK. Our clients Field Service team is made up of passionate, friendly and experienced engineers dedicated to providing exceptional IT solutions and support to the Retail industry. You would be working alongside their team during the duration of the roll-out. Various works will include, but not limited: hardware installation, servicing, swap outs.
We are looking for someone that has a background of working with EPOS hardware and is ready to deliver an amazing service. You will receive a range of experience and exposure, with lots of support and fantastic employee benefits / care.
Working hours:
This will be a schedule based project with varied hours, including main core day time hours, as well as potentially evening and weekend work.
Package:
* £140 - £150 per day.
* Mileage claimable after 75/100 miles.
* Overtime applicable after 10 hours including travel time.
* All parking, tolls and congestion claimable with receipts.
Must haves:
* 2+ years solid Retail experience.
* Must be able to provide reference information.
* Good customer facing skills.
* Must have no more than 6 points on licence.
* Valid RTW documentation.
