NEW EPOS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY | £195.50 PER SHIFT | FIELD BASED | IMMEDIATE START
Concept are currently recruiting forexperienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with EPOS and SDD Rebuilds for a large retailer covering the North West & surrounding.
The successful Engineers will work on an 3 month rolling contract until October 2023.
Details of the role:
* Swap out & rebuilds of EPOS and SDDs
* Installation of software onto pre-staged devices
* Resolve any issues if and when they occur
* Complete sign off and sign out
* Work as a team under instruction of lead engineer
Hours of Work
* Shifts vary- 5 days per week - combination of in and out of hours working. Sunday 3pm - 1am, Monday 12pm - 10pm, Tuesday 9am - 7pm, Wednesday 8am - 6pm, Thursday 7am - 5pm
* Sites Per Day - 1 site per day
* Consistency of work - Expectation of 4-5 days per weekper engineer, pending schedule
* 10 hours per day
* Start/ End times will vary as per the above
* Travel will be a requirement of this role
* Hotel's will be arranged in advance by the client
Required skillset:
* Experienced field engineerswith experience of script-based ATM/Epos/IT project work, engineers must have basic fault finding skills
* Must have a full UK Driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance
* Must have standard engineering toolkit, PPE hard hat / boots etc
* ECS / equivalent Health and Safety accreditation would be advantageous
* Be comfortable in competing script-basedactivity
Rate details
* £195.50 per day shift based on a 10-hour day including travel, via an umbrella company
* Overtime more than 10 hours is paid at £19.50 per hour via an umbrella company
* Mileage claimable after 100 miles per day, 25ppm thereafter
* Travel expenses such as parking, bridges, and tolls etc claimable back weekly on expenses
* Payable via an umbrella company
This role has been assessed and deemed an IR35 role, the above rates are the umbrella company rates
