£600-750 per day dependant on experience - INSIDE IR35
Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week in either Bristol, Manchester or London offices

My Client are a large Central Government organisation based in Bristol, Manchester and London and are seeking a Head of Data Portfolio on an initial 9 month engagement.
Ideal Candidate profile:
* Ability to manage complex policy, governance processes, products and services that are being discovered, defined and delivered by multiple teams, which have high technical and/or politicalrisk.
* Experience with setting, monitoring, managing and reporting costs, budgets, plans, forecasts, progress, risks, benefits and programme KPIs.
* Ability to drive delivery momentum and solve issues and unblock problems - setting sustainable pace whilst ensuring teams are working towards delivery commitments.
* Experience in challenging and improving organisational processes to maximise the pace of a team.
* The ability to manage complex policy, governance processes, products and services that are being discovered, defined and delivered by multiple teams, which have high technical and/or political risk.
* Experience leading, and continually improving, the development of policy, governance processes.
* Experience with setting, monitoring, managing and reporting costs, budgets, plans, forecasts, progress, risks, benefits and programme KPIs.
* Strong track record of understanding, managing and communicating between complex stakeholder groups, using influence and awareness to balance key priorities.
* The ability to drive delivery momentum and solve issues and unblock problems - setting sustainable pace whilst ensuringteams are working towards delivery commitments.
* Experience in identifying and nurturing talent and potential, and successfully developing, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.
* Experience of forming, collaborating with and leading senior teams to deliver a high level strategy, coupled with an ability to get involved in the details of key team challenges as needed.* A level of comfort with uncertainty, accountability and with being the escalation point for internal and external issues.
*Confidence to challenge and improve disproportionate organisational processes where these impact the pace of a team.
* Experience of team leadership, recruitment, line management and coaching staff.
