Description:
Key deliverables:
* Visit company sites to assess their needs.
* Implement complex solutions within project deadlines.* Address unexpected issues promptly, keeping Company staff updated.
* Adhere to company procedures and methods.
* Learn and stay updated on new and existing products.
* Coordinate with contracted support companies when needed.
* Enhance the environment as directed by the company or third parties.
* Provide technical advice on maintenance and improvements.
* Document issues and solutions using the in-house Helpdesk Application.
Key experience/skillset:
* Design, maintain, support, and develop Microsoft 365 environments.
* Manage replication, security, traffic analysis, process automation, and storage/back-up systems.
* Ensure high availability of network infrastructure for optimal performance.
* Document technical issues, solutions, and produce detailed reports.
* Expertise in Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Server (2008-2019), Active Directory, Exchange 2013, and Office 365
Additional Experience:
* Virtualization: Hyper-V
* Storage: Dell SAN, Backup: Veeam, Altaro
*Fortinet firewalls and WAN configurations
* Advanced knowledge of Intune, Defender EDR/XDR, and SOC/SEIM systems.
