I am looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst who is looking to move into Incident Management. As an Incident Manager, you will be helping to drive and shape the work that is being done internally to mature the approach to Incident Management across a large organisation located in Peterborough.
IR35 Status: Inside
Duration: 3-6 MonthsSkills / Experience required:
* A steady background within IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk
* Good experience withboth vendor and internal team resolution
* Pro-active in nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident in your approach to complex incidents
* An understanding of ITIL best practise
