Role: Technical Consultant
Location: CambridgeshireSalary: up to £60,000

Role:
Part of the IT Project team, and will report into the head of Projects. Will be tasked with implementing, designing and troubleshooting solutions for customers.
There will be a core focus around the Microsoft tech stack.
Provide a strong knowledge base for Microsoft technologies, such as Intune, Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
Experience of other tech such as VMWare, SOPHOS, and Dell.
Provide solutions both onsite and remotely,to fit the customer’s needs.

* Troubleshoot issues
* Deploy equipment
* Implementation of infrastructure
* Work alongside project management teams
* Implement Microsoft based solutions
* Act as a point ofescalation
* Maintain technical documentation
* Attend customer meetings
Technical Requirements
* Strong technical experience of troubleshooting
* Great communication skills
* Understanding of basic networking VLANS, Switching, DNS, DHCP
*Office 365 and other Microsoft tech experience
* Proven experience of working within a virtualised environment
* Experiencewith Azure
