Basedat Either Bedford (Bedfordshire), Chelmsford (Essex) Or Norwich (Norfolk)

My Client are an NHS Trust based in the east of England and are seeking an Integration Specialist on an initial contract basis until 31/08/2023 (37.5 Hours) Paying £159.75 per day(Inside IR35).

Mainly WFH but will be required to into the office 2 or 3 days a month to team build and get to know our teams and working environments.

Job Summary

* This role is central to the delivery and continuity of Digital services acrossthe Trust.
* This role will manage the overall technical design for the Trust's Integration Engine (TIE) strategy, with the ability to present and demonstrate the Trust's Integration Engine Infrastructure and strategy.
* The Integration Specialist needs to fully understand the technology vision, objectives, deliverables, and organisational goals. This role is key to defining the strategy of the TIE strategy with current and future industry standards.
* Responsible for ensuring that the TIE's technical design standards are managed across the whole Trust infrastructure and system development programmes.
* Formulate and reviewsystem development methodology and standards to ensure a common approach and consistent standard for all Digital programmes ofwork.
* Manage an overview of all Trust's Integration Engine technology requirements and agree standards for the approval of the functional specification documents to ensure consistency and compatibility with the strategic vision.
* Manage the overalltechnical design for the Trust's Integration Engine, including documentation of all TIE technologies.
* Approve, in consultation with the Service Delivery manager for Infrastructure and the Head of Live Services, TIE architecture for the Trust.
* Responsible for TIE security and assisting with penetration testing annually.
* Responsible for ensuring value for money and futureaffordability (including whole life costs) of TIE technical solutions.
* Responsible for the TIE strategy in conjunction withthe Service Delivery manager for Infrastructure
* Monitor and report on a regular basis the status of TIE status.
* Responsible for ensuring that technical documentation and diagrams are regularly updated to guarantee the latest designs and blueprintare available to all.

Experience

* Administering and configuring virtual machines.
* Supporting/Installing multiple business digital applications/solutions.
* Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development.
* Experience monitoring systems and applications.
* Experience of mentoring staff.
* Demonstrable experience of delivery to time, and on budget, majorIT projects.
* Previous NHS\Ambulance knowledge.

Qualifications

* Degree, other tertiary qualification, or evidence ofrelevant on-job qualification/equivalent hands-on experience (5 years).
* Formal Microsoft Azure certification to administrator level.
* Formal Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems certification or 3 years' experience configuring and administering Windows server 2012r2 and above.
* ITIL3/4 Foundation.
