The Role

The IT Administrator is responsible for the management and technical support of the IT infrastructure (Networks and Systems) for the company in compliance with the group policies and procedures to guarantee the continuity of the services to users' operations and manufacturing requirements.

To monitor, support and respond to incidents through the company'semail, phone and IT Helpdesk system and ensure that systems meet corporate standard This includes monitoring applications, networks, servers, telecommunications, IT services and fault isolation and the repair activity of identified and reported problems.Main Responsibilities

* Users Helpdesk: Tier I / Tier 2 users assistance of applications, operating systems management and resolution of HW, SW and IT networking issues, configurations, day by day management of problems
* Proactive control ofIT systems to include Virtual environments, standalone servers, desktops, laptops, printers, backup systems, LAN and WAN networks
* Configuration and maintenance of server-based systems also virtualised infrastructure
* Installation, configuration andmaintenance of devices: Servers (also virtualised), PCs, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
* IT security management(antivirus, firewall, e-mail etc.)
* Management of IT network infrastructure and telecommunication tools.
* Collaborating with the IT Supervisor or IT Manager, in compliance with data protection in line with current legislation (GDRP) and company policies; ensuring the application of company procedures and their possible improvement
* Analyses user needs in terms of quality,speed, ease of access
* Lead IT projects and deal with its constraints as deadlines, budget, expected functionalities, etc.* Ensures and grants that all technologies as systems, applications, devices are updated following group policy
* Ability torelate on a technical and management level with the various interlocutors (colleagues, group resources, suppliers)
* Spirit ofinitiative and functional autonomy are considered relevant skills to fill the job

Requirements



* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience in a comparable position
* Preferred work experience in a production and manufacturing industry with skills regarding production processes and industrial automation technologies and their interconnection
* Good knowledge of Active Directory
* Good knowledge of IP networking protocols
* Working knowledge of HP network Switches (configurationand support)
* Working knowledge of Firewalls, preferably Palo Alt
* Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
* Working knowledge of remote software solution/support. i.e. SCCM, Teamviewer etc.
* Willingness to travel on nationaland international territory for specific projects
* Disposability for local and remote availability
* Good knowledge of end-user systems based on MS Windows operating systems and in Active Directory domain environments
* Good knowledge of Server / Datacenter infrastructure, including VMware VSphere virtualisation
* Good knowledge of Network configuration and management ofLAN,

Wi-Fi, WAN, VPN access network equipment, preferably Cisco (Wi-Fi AP's) HP Procurve (Switches) and Palo Alto (Firewalls)Networks environments and Cisco VolP systems, IT security systems: antivirus, firewall, Mailing systems and Office Automation applications: mail servers, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols utilising Office 2016 and 365

* Configuration and resolution of problems relating to mobile telephony (smartphones and tablets, Android and iOS environments) and VolP telephony
* Familiarity withSAP Environment for IT administration, budgets and management is preferred
* Good attitude to teamwork and stress management skills
* Good organisational skills and time management
