Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting IT Deployment Engineers to support a hardware rollout within Central London.
This purpose of the role is to assist site with the deployment of device and day to day set up of It hardware including but not limited to; laptops, smartphones, monitors, applications,and related technology on Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Contract Duration: 3 months
Rate information:
* £150.00per day via umbrella (inside IR35)
* Monday to Friday work
* 9.00am - 17.00pm* subject to slight adjustment
* Site basedworking
* ASAP start
* Possibility of extension
The Role:
* Prepare, install and configure computer hardware (laptops, desktops, smartphones and monitors) operating systems for customer
* Deliver laptop or other hardware to customer - and assist at first-time login
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
* Cable management
* Troubleshoot system andnetwork problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults if required
* Supporting end users face to face
* Migration of userdata
* Application install and support
* Support set up of hardware
* See tasks through to completion
* Provide good quality customer service at all times and establish good working relationships
The Candidate:
* Excellent skills in user ITDeployment - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphones etc
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems (Win 7 & Win 10) and business productivity applications i.e. Office
* Ability to interact with customersso as to ensure that the service is polite, efficient and responsive
* Ability to work on their own initiative
* To work through issues analytically and successfully
* At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
* Prior experience on Laptops, Workstations, Notebooks, Smartphones and Printers
* Prior experience with InTune
* Strong customerservice skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
* Background security check required - must be able to complete successfully
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. the above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fees and deductions.
