Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with a printer migration project
We require up to 75 engineers across the UK in all major conurbations
The successful engineers will work on contract starting from mid February (depending on specific schedules) to the end of March with revisits planned until the end ofMarch/April 2025
Details of the role:
* Printer migrations
* Printer firmware updates
* Printer configuration
*Resolve any issues if and when they occur
* Complete sign off and sign out
Hours of Work
* Saturday to Wednesday evening work
* 10 hours per day, door to door including travel
* Contract is due to start with training from 14th October, training will include 1 onsite day and 1 shadowing day
* 5 days' work per week per engineer (combination of onsite works and retention)
* Travel will be a requirement of this role as engineers could be required to travel nationwide - engineer must have access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate business insurance, valid MOT
* Engineers will be required to work over the Christmas period
* We cannot accommodate any engineer holidays unfortunately
Required skillset:
* Experienced field engineers with experience of script-based ATM/EPOS/IT project work
* Must have a full UK Driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance
* Must have standard engineering toolkit, smart phone for sign off, PPE etc
* Engineer must hold validAsbestos Awareness certificate (course completed within last 12 months) or be willing to complete certification
Rate details* £200 per evening shift based on a 10-hour day including travel
* £130 per evening retention shift
* Overtime more than 10 hours is paid at £20 per hour
* Mileage claimable after 75 miles per day, 30ppm thereafter
This role has been assessed and deemed an Outside IR35 role
