Concept are currently recruiting for a Field Service Support Engineer to cover the Bristol triangle.

Job Description:
* Onsite support
* Install and configure operating systems
* New system upgrades (desktop, network)
* Communication with clients
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently
* Networking administration
* Active Directory administration
Requirements:
Strong Knowledge / understanding (MUST HAVE):
* Cisco
* Project installations
* EPOS
Must have
* Attention to detail
* Self-starter and driven towards excellence
* Able to work under pressure
* Works well autonomously
* Able to hit the ground running
* 2+ years solidIT experience
* IT certified
* Excellent communicator with a proven track record
* Ongoing collaboration with team members to improve on current systems and processes.
* CCNA/CCNP highly desirable
