Location: Bristol & Bath
Working Days: Mon - Fri plus On Call Rota
Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 + On Call
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide High-Quality IT Support: Attend various customer sites to deliver comprehensive support for IT hardware and software products within specified SLAs.
* Efficiently Deliver IT Support Services: Work proactively toefficiently deliver IT support services to a diverse portfolio of customers, showcasing your technical expertise.
* Resolve Customer Issues: Utilise your strong technical and customer service skills to address customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
* Become a Trusted Adviser: Establish yourself as a trusted adviser to customers across various technical areas, building strong and lasting relationships.
Key Skills / Experience:
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrate experience in supporting a range of PC, laptop, and printer technologies in both site and field environments.
* Commitment to Service Excellence: Take pride in delivering the highest quality service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
