Concept Resourcing are currently working with a growing Managed Service Provider to recruit an IT Help DeskAnalyst into their support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their start in the IT industry, with either a bit of IT support experience, relevant qualifications, or a keen interest in computing in their spare time.
Location - Stevenage
Salary - £19,000 - £20,000
The Role
* Act as the initial point of contact for issues coming into the service desk
* Actively logging the call on the ticketing system, and escalating the issue where applicable
* Diagnosing incidents and attempting to resolve the problem
* Display high levels of customer service and an excellent phone manner* Excellent training available, as well as opportunities to learn from more senior analysts
The Ideal Candidate
* Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
* Keen interest in IT, any previous experience or qualifications are highly beneficial
* Strong fundamental IT knowledge
* Customer orientated approach
