Description:
I am looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st Line ITSupport on behalf of a global organisation who are well-known within the maritime industry. Contract is due to begin in January2022.
Location: London/Remote
IR35 Status: Inside
The Role:
* You will be a self-starter, confident in your technical ability, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software/hardware for all Offices (including Overseas).
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the company phone system, mobile phones and residential landline and fibre connections for all Offices (including Overseas).
* Write training documents/manuals.
* Give comprehensive training on the software systems and hardware as needed.
* Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
* Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
* Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
* Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
