Description:
I am looking for a number of IT Service Coordinator's to support a large field services team with regards to hardware orders, managing warranty, processing claims.
IR35 Status:Inside IR35
Location: Peterborough
The Role:
* You will be responsible for providing customer quotations and ensuringaccurate invoices are produced.
* You will be required to liaise with customers and internal departments to progress individual fault incidents.
* Tasked with processing warranty administration, and general Adhoc work related to the filed services engineering team.
Skills/Experience required:
* Any commercial experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
*It is essential that you have excellent customer service and customer handling skills
* Very strong communication skills, anda professional telephone manner is required
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office products, (eg: MS Word and Excel)
* Excellent organisation skills, and strong time management
* The ability to prioritise workload efficiently* Strong attention to detail in all aspects, in particular with updating calls and report processing
* You should be assertive, methodical, confident,and positive in your approach to work
