Description:

Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit Experienced IT Service Managers within London to support the Education sector.
The purpose of the role is to bethe escalation point of contact for day to day desktop support issues.

Please note - all candidates MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS check or basic Disclosure as a minimum

Package information:

* 9:00am - 17:30pm*
* Monday to Friday every week throughout contract duration
* Contract will start ASAP and will be for circa 3 months in duration.
* Up to £280 per day dependent on experience - payable via umbrella (inside IR35)

The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:

* Provide excellentand high-quality technical support to all stake holders within your care, inclusive of staff and students
* To provide a highdegree of technical expertise and analytical skills to all within team
* Ensure all tickets on incident management system areresolved within SLA
* To proactively identify problems from the analysis of incident data and support trends
* Manage incidents and problem tickets within SLA's
* Reroute and escalate tickets to 3rd Line of support to achieve resolution to complicated issues
* Engage with the estate team in rolling out new systems
* Ensure all system are available, up to date and secure* Maintaining System documentation, processes, and procedures in order to assist with reviewal and updating site knowledge base
* Identify and implement strategies for reoccurring problems and document within the knowledge base
* Proactively monitorsystem performance to recognise potential issues
* Support IT projects with the installation of software, hardware and associated peripheral device drivers, patching and information security needs,
* Assist in the production and upkeep of all technicaldocumentation in line with company standards
* Assist the Application team where necessary
* Engage with the estate team and assist technicians in rolling out new systems
* Assist with deployments, configuration, imaging and maintenance of IT estate* Ensure all system are available, up to date and secure
* Ensure all system are patched and maintained appropriately and within the Information Security framework
* Where necessary support the Head of Service Delivery to ensure skills and resourcesare deployed efficiently
* Delivering a high level of customer service

The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within an IT support role and be able to:

* Demonstrate skills of working in a similar Service Deliveryrole
* Support client systems, service and computer equipment.
* Be confident with utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions.
* Work well under pressure and be able to support SLAs
* Understand end user requirements relating to the customers IT infrastructure.
* ITIL Foundation - Desirable.
* Demonstrate good organisation skills and methodical approaches withgood attention to detail.
* Possess technical knowledge of; Windows 7/8/10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and ServiceNow
* Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.

Thiscontract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are theumbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
