Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a IT Support Engineer commutable to Central London
The purpose of this role is to provide on-site technical support for the End User Technologyenvironment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.
Package:
* £180- £190 per day payable via umbrella company (InsideIR35)
* 3 months initial contract
* Monday to Friday
* Must be available between 8am and 8pm
* Shift base working
* Site based role
The role
* Providing support for hardware and software issues on IT equipment, includingbut not limited to Desktop, Laptops, Mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Assisting VIP's and wider end users
* Troubleshooting, installation, and configurations
* Assist with new starter set ups
The candidate
* Ability to pass a BPSS Check
*At least 2 years' experience working on installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers
* Knowledge of Software related issues (Standard and Non-Standard)
* familiarity with Dell and Microsoft products with experience in component replacement
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
* Agood theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
* Ability to work independently and in a small team on a widerange of products.
* Experience with ticket management such as Service Now
* Customer support skills
* Good all-round understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to bepaid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
