Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit Experienced IT Support Technicians within London to support the Education sector.
The purpose of the role is to provide IT support services and any project related activities to ensure the provision of a consistent and excellent service.
Please note - all candidates MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS check or basic Disclosure as a minimum
Package information:
* 9:00am - 17:30pm*
* Monday to Friday every week throughout contract duration
* Contract will start ASAP and will be for circa 3 months induration.
* £145 per day payable via umbrella (inside IR35)
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Deploy, image and maintain IT hardware that will be Windows 10 based - this will be inclusive og PCs, laptops, Tablets and Apple Devices
*Install, configure and maintain computer equipment, inclusive of peripherals such as printers, projects and interactive boards* To regularly test all IT hardware inclusive of all above
* Install new software updates and upgrades to ensure consistenceand constant software compliance and license regulation
* To regularly test all IT software inclusive of all above
* Install and configure VoIP telephones
* Provide 2nd line support for any complicated support issues alongside technicians when required
* Logging and managing Incident Tickets via service management system
* Asset management, hardware audits and stock control
* Maintaining System documentation, processes, and procedures in order to assist with reviewal and updating site knowledgebase
* Setting up new starters within agreed SLA
* Support the IT infrastructure on site, including Wi-Fi and LAN access, servers and networking devices
* Be a floating technician to assist with any short term absences and assist when required
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers and partners when appropriate to obtain, resolve and support quotations and issues
* Delivering a high level of customer service
The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within anIT support role and be able to:
* Support client systems, service and computer equipment.
* Be confident with utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skillsand the ability to follow instructions.
* Work well under pressure and be able to support SLAs
* Understand end user requirements relating to the customers IT infrastructure.
* ITIL Foundation - Desirable.
* Demonstrate good organisation skills and methodical approaches with good attention to detail.
* Possess technical knowledge of; Windows 7/8/10/11, Active Directory,Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and ServiceNow
* Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
