About the IT Systems Manager Role
As IT Manageryou will form part of their growing team! This is a hands-on role that requires a hardworking and passionate individual, workingto ensure that the IT function is integral to the success both internally and for and their clients. They currently use an external IT Provider but are now looking to bring this in house, so this is an excellent opportunity for somebody to fully manage ITfor the whole company (40 employees)
You will relish the opportunity to work in a high-grow environment, getting stuck intoall areas and taking ownership of the entire IT infrastructure.
This opportunity includes hardware and software support, cloud infrastructure, cyber-security, systems administration, and stakeholder management.
You will be based in their London office, with the flexibility to travel to our other office locations and attend client sites.
Role responsibilities
* Takeownership of the IT Roadmap to drive the internal technology architecture forward
* Plan, organise, control and evaluate ITand electronic data operations
* Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
* Evaluate and address risk
* Create and maintain IT budgets
* Ensure the security of data, network access, backup systems and processes
* Assessing and purchasing new and replacement services and hardware
* Provide day-to-day IT support across the business
* Management of hardware set-up and maintenance at all office locations
* Identify areas for improvement in the IT infrastructure and develop strategies to address them
* Management of IT subscriptions and analysis of the technology tools weuse
* Working with clients to build their IT infrastructure through Infinite's tailored IT packages
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in an IT Management role or equivalent within an similar size organisation (40 employees)* Extensive knowledge of IT systems and networks
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security protocols
* Ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement
* Strong working knowledge of GDPR and security regulations
