Italian Speaking Technical Support Engineer: Dublin/Blanchardstown
I am delighted to bring this exciting Italian Speaking Technical Support Engineer opportunity to you. My client, a leading multinational SaaS client, is looking to fill this exciting opportunity due to internal promotions.
You will work out of their state-of-the-art hub in Blanchardstown, working 3 days per week onsite and you will offer technical support to their large client base from small independent companies to global retail chains.
You will be responsible for :
* Provide customer centric technical support over the phone, email and remotely.
* Install and config our clients SaaS product suite.
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate
* Remote customer training
You will have :
* An IT Related Degree/Qualification* Fluent in Italian and English
* Experience in a technical support role dealing with complex applications
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude with a solutions oriented demeanour
