Concept Resourcing are currently working with a growing leading Internet Service Provider to recruit a Junior 1st Line Support Analyst into their support team. This is an excellent opportunity forsomeone with a recent CompTIA certification or equivalent, who is keen to progress their IT career within a fast-paced environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Location - Chiswick, London
Salary - £25,000 per annum +package + benefits
The Role
* Act as the initial point of contact for issues coming into the service desk
* Supporting customers by resolving IT and telecoms issues within set SLAs
* Actively logging the call on the ticketing system, and escalating the issue where applicable
* Display high levels of customer service and an excellent phone manner
* Excellent training available, and structure career path
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong customer service and communication skills* Relevant certification (CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+)
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Familiar with telecoms and operating systems
