Role: Service Desk Analyst

Salary: up to £55,000 + £5,000 BonusIndustry: MSP
Are you a passionate Service Desk Manager looking for a change in your career?

Role:
To build products and package solutions for existing customer base, and improve customer satisfaction.
Technical Requirements
The following technical competencies are desirable but notessential:
* MSP / VAR / IT Reseller experience
* Experience of Managing a service desk or technical engineers
* Experience being customer facing and being a main POC
* Experience improving customer service and satisfaction
* Review engineeringutilisation and tools used
* Involved in incident management
* Involved in problem management
* ITIL V3/V4 experience (certification is a bonus)
* Any proven experience of upselling company offerings
