Concept Resourcing are looking for 2x Junior Project Managers to join a Central Government client based in Newport OR Titchfield.
This is a contract until the end of March 2023 with possible extension. This role is Inside IR35 with an Hourly rate of £24.79
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Project Manager role
* Evidence of delivering impactful and high-profile programmes
* Experience actively managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions. Identifying the threats and opportunities that arise, understanding the impact on key objectives and the appropriate approach to their management.
* Demonstrable experience managing a complex workload. Using innovative approaches and personal resilience to respond quickly and decisively to changing and challengingpriorities and deadlines to deliver valued outcomes
* A proven track record working successfully across functional and organisational boundaries. Seeking out opportunities to influence decision making by establishing, nurturing and maintaining strong,collaborative, productive relationships.
* Demonstrable experience of the identification, interpretation, analysis and presentation of information to facilitate decision making.
* Demonstrable evidence of inspiring, motivating and leading people, providing clear direction where uncertainty exists, role modelling the appropriate behaviours and challenging inappropriate behaviour
