Concept Resourcing are currentlyrecruiting for Laptop Deployment Engineers commutable to London.
This purpose of the role is to assist with a laptop refreshproject starting w/c 6th March 2023.
Contract Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate information:
* £145.00 per day via umbrella company (Inside IR35)
* Monday to Friday work
* 9.00am - 17.00pm* subject to slight adjustment
* Site Based
* ASAP startThe Role:
* Assist with distribution of new laptops to end users and collection of old device and packaging for return
* Assist with first-time login
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
* Troubleshoot system and network problems,diagnosing and solving hardware faults if required
* Assist with share drive and printer mappings if required
* Supportingend users face to face
* Migration of user data
* Business application installs and support
* Support set up of hardware* See tasks through to completion
* Provide good quality customer service at all times and establish good working relationships
The Candidate:
* Excellent skills in user IT Deployment
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems (Win 7 & Win 10) and business productivity applications i.e., Office
* Ability to interact with customers toensure that the service is polite, efficient, and responsive
* Ability to work on their own initiative
* To work through issues analytically and successfully
* At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
* Prior experience on Laptops, Workstations, Notebooks, Smartphones and Printers
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
* Background security check required - must be able to complete successfully

This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
