ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our clients Business Transformation team is responsible for driving and accelerating change and transformation across people, process and systems.
Its role is to:
· Provide portfolio management for all change initiatives ensuring they are assessed, prioritised, sequenced and governed to maximise benefit to our clients' customers and co-workers, supported by robust Change Management.
· Support change initiatives with additional resource,from Project Managers to Business Analysts and technical experts.
· Own some of the major 70+ business-wide initiatives include Robotic Process Automation, Service Now, Benefits portal, CRM and ERP implementations.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the team with a focus on driving improvements in our operating model covering multiple teams and processes.
In this role you will improve and optimise business processes by working closely with key stakeholders, from the executive level down throughout the organisation, to understand and document both current state and target operating model process and activity flows.
You will be responsible for managing your own diary and hours so how any given week looks will be up to you. Your role will include, but is not restricted to:
· Process Mapping and Re-engineering -o Analyse current services and processes to identify and implement opportunities to optimise them.
o Document & present process & activity flows using formal mapping notation and MS Visio.
· Business Analysis - Ability to investigate problemsand analyse options for new and existing services. Provide recommendations to solutions. Work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available.
· Workshops - Conduct interviews and facilitated workshops (both inperson & virtually) to understand and document requirements and process flows.
· Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation and use these to drive requirements gathering, prioritise activities, support change management and capture feedback.
· Teaching Others - Train & educate colleagues on the creation &editing (maintenance) of process flow diagrams.
· Connecting the Dots - Whilst being focused on the process details within aspecific department or function, you will also take a holistic view across the organisation to see where processes flow from onedepartment / function to another. This includes the reuse of best practice processes if beneficial.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEMust Have:
* A minimum 5 years of experience as a Strategic / Lead Business Analyst.
* Experience facilitating the development of future state processes taking business requirements and future growth into account; working with teams to identify and present process improvements.
* Strong experience in using MS Visio for creating and presenting process flow diagrams.
·A demonstrable track record of getting tasks completed whilst managing competing deadlines and retaining an eye for detail & quality.
· A passion for business process mapping and modelling and its ability to have a positive impact on people, technology, culture / behaviour, and the organisation as a whole.
· Ability to occasionally travel to UK sites when necessary.
Nice to have:
· Experience of Reseller / Supply Chain processes
· Experience of process mapping Lead to Quote to and Orderto Cash processes.
· Experience of SalesFore CRM/CPQ, FinancialForce, and/or Order Management Systems
· Experience of Lean Six Sigma, Lean IT, Lean Manufacture and CSI.
