My client , a global MSP are looking to recruit based on the onset of a large recruitment drive. On this occasion my client is looking to recruit an number of experienced Incident Analysts to work in the SOC to fix and resolve tier one issues for end customers.

IR35 Status: Inside

Location: Multiple/RemoteThe incident analyst will be responsible for the below:

The Role:

* You will be responsible for managing all major incidents, in line with the defined procedures. This includes the coordination of bridge calls between multiple external/internaltechnical partners.
* Consistently deliver strong communication to all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring that allstatus updates remain factual.
* Provide continued support for all internal teams, ensuring the effective handling of incidents throughout their life-cycle.
* Help to identify any areas of difficulty and/or need for improvement via thorough analysis,where the quality of service to the customer is concerned.
* Responsible for producing performance reports for all stakeholders.
* Pro-active in seeking workarounds and solutions, in order to help mitigate risk/impact.
* Identify and escalate all ITsecurity concerns.

The Incident analyst will ideally have the following hard skills :

Skills/Experience required:

*Proven commercial experience of working in a similar role where you were responsible for delivering incident management to a customer entity.
* Demonstrate successfully working within an ITIL framework .
* Ideally, you will hold ITIL Foundation accreditation.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate high-end technical resources to deliver incident resolutionin a critical situation.
* A solid understanding of Service Management Methodologies, tool sets, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of related processes (Problem, Change etc).
