My client , a prestigious global MSP, are looking torecruit a number of experienced Incident Analysts to help fix and resolve tier one issues for multiple end customers.
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Multiple/Remote
You will be responsible for the below:
* You will be responsible for managing all major incidents, in line with the defined procedures. This includes the coordination of bridge calls between multiple external/internal technical partners.
* Consistently deliver strong communication to all stakeholders (internal and external),ensuring that all status updates remain factual.
* Provide continued support for all internal teams, ensuring the effective handling of incidents throughout their life-cycle.
* Help to identify any areas of difficulty and/or need for improvement via thorough analysis, where the quality of service to the customer is concerned.
* Responsible for producing performance reports for all stakeholders.
* Pro-active in seeking workarounds and solutions, in order to help mitigate risk/impact.
* Identify andescalate all IT security concerns.
You will ideally have the following hard skills :
* Proven commercial experience ofworking in a similar role where you were responsible for delivering incident management to a customer entity.
* Demonstrate successfully working within an ITIL framework .
* Ideally, you will hold ITIL Foundation accreditation.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate high-end technical resources to deliver incident resolution in a critical situation.
* Asolid understanding of Service Management Methodologies, tool sets, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of related processes (Problem, Change etc).
