I am looking for a MobileIT Service engineer to join the brilliant team, that has been delivering high end IT services for over 25 years. You will be a part of a highly skilled team that has a broad portfolio of clients for you to work alongside.
As Mobile IT Engineer, you willbe responsible for support on all IT equipment (desktop/laptop/tablet/printer/phone) while keeping disruption to the customer to a minimum and keeping them up to date with the process.
Requirements:
* IT Engineering experience - ideally 2 years* Basic Hardware knowledge: Laptops, Keyboards, Memory, Hard drives
* PC literate- Windows OS
* Customer service skills
*A good understanding of analytics and troubleshooting
* Full UK driving license as this is a mobile role and you will be expected to travel between company sites
