About the Role
Join us as a Network Architect to shape the technical direction and craft innovative solutions for a growing customer base. This role offers flexibility for full lifecycle network design and deployment, responding to project needs or customer demands. The Networks team ensurespeak service performance for customer-facing services, with your role extending to 'fourth line' support for escalated issues from the Managed Service Team.
Salary: £65,000 + Bonus
Location: Remote - 1-2 days a month in Cirencester
Key Responsibilities
* Lead network design and deployment.
* Maintain network infrastructure documentation.
* Evaluate initiatives for alignment with customer network infrastructure.
* Create product shortlists and criteria.
* Identify and recommend security measures.
* Act as a project lead, collaborating with project managers and suppliers.
* Support pre-sales activities.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently.

* Familiarity with Microsoft systems, network monitoring tools, and security solutions.
