Role: O365 Technical Support Analyst
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
Location: Walsall,West Midlands
We are currently working with a large-scale retail organisation based in Walsall, who are looking for a Technical Support Analyst who has strong experience of deploying Intune. You must have experience of an end-to-end deployment of Intune, including configuration, troubleshooting, End User Management and running updates within Intune. The client is at the startof their journey and are implementing Intune and they need a candidate to own the end to end process. You will also need a strong background working within O365 environments and strong experience with tools within O365.
Skills and experience required* Strong Intune deployment experience (end to end deployments)
* Excellent O365 experience
* Strong Technical Supportbackground
* Technical installations/configurations of O365 tools
* Provide end user training where required
