Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting an Onsite IT Support Engineer commutable to Dublin.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.
Rate information:
* €40,000 per annum
* Permanent Opportunity
* Monday to Friday
* 9.00am - 17.00pm*
* Site based working
The Role:
*Provide onsite support for end user technology inclusive of but not limited to telephony, email and AD
* Perform on site installations and troubleshooting across both the hardware and software estate
* Make necessary changes to procedures and documentation for the benefit of the team as a whole
* Hardware support
* PC and Laptop imaging
* Helpdesk / Welcome desk
* Desktop support
* VC Support
* Printer support
* Installations, move and changes
* 1st / 2nd line support roles
The Candidate:
* Experience working on a 2nd line service desk
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
* A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
* Ability to work independently on a wide range of products.
* Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Customer support skills
* Experience of user move and changes
* Good all round understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix
* Desirable certifications - CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Server+ / CompTIA Network+/ ITIL Foundation/ MCDST/ CCENT
