Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting an Onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer commutable to Milton Keynes.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.
Rate information:* Up to £33,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
* Monday to Friday working week
* 9.00am - 17.00pm*
* Site based working
* Permanent opportunity
The Role:
* Hardware support
* PC and Laptop deployment via autopilot
* ServiceDesk support via walk ups
* Desktop support
* Remote support for homebased staff
* Teams Meeting room support
* Printer support
* Installations, move and changes
* 1st / 2nd line support activities
The Candidate:
* Experience working on a 2ndline service desk or in a 2nd Line desktop support role
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
* A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
* Ability to work independently on a wide range of products.
* Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Customer support skills
* Experience of user move and changes
* Good all-round understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix
* Desirable certifications - CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Server+ / CompTIA Network+/ ITIL Foundation/ MCDST/ CCENT
