Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting an Onsite IT Support Engineer commutable to Tolworth, London.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.
Rate information:
* £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
* Monday to Friday working week
* 9.00am - 17.00pm*
* Site based working
* Permanent opportunity
The Role:* Receiving and logging calls on behalf of users
* Routing calls to applicable teams
* Providing technical assistance to users
* Controlling and monitoring IT systems
* Pro-actively keeping customers updated
* Providing onsite and remote support* Maintaining and working within agreed SLA's
* Installation of software and hardware
* Managing incidents, requests andproblems and seeing them through to resolution
* Assisting with End User training
* Setting up accounts and completing the administration associated with this
The Candidate:
* Experience working on a 1st line service desk
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
* A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
* Ability to work independently on a wide range of products.
* Microsoft Office knowledge -Word, Excel and Outlook
* Customer support skills
* Experience of user move and changes
* Good all-round understanding ofhardware maintenance/break-fix
* Desirable certifications - CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Server+ / CompTIA Network+/ ITIL Foundation/MCDST/ CCENT
