Description:
Concept Resourcing are currentlylooking to recruit a part time IT Support Engineer commutable to Central London.
Contract will start ASAP and will be for circa 4 weeks in duration, with potential extension for a further 4 weeks. This requirement is to provide on site support on a parttime basis.
Package information:
* Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only throughout duration of assignment
* 9:00am- 17:30pm*
* £120 - £130 per day payable via umbrella (inside IR35)
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
* Where required, provide supportfor the Manufacturing "Shop-Floor" handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
* Perform data collection/preservation activitiesas they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
* Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image
The Candidate:MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within an IT desktop support role and be able to:
* Good Communication Skills.
* Good Analytic/Troubleshooting Skills.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System.
* Workingknowledge of MS Office and basic business application.
* Good Customer Support Skills.
* Minimum 1 year desk side support services.
* Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and compute/storage.
* Basic knowledge of mobile device support
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
