* Programme Manager - Fully Remote
* Up to £480 per day (salary equivalent £124,800 per annum)
* Initial contract until 30th June 2022 but likely to be a total 18 months
* 100% Fully Remote role



Working for one of the world's biggest technology companies we are looking foran experienced Programme Manager.



As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in managing special programmesand strategic initiatives (typically between 10 - 15 at any one time) in the EMEA time zone by enabling standard and consistentproject management practices. This role will work with EMEA area teams to support on industry initiatives, and also coordinate ongoing engagement with the EU Recovery and Resilience Funding community.



A successful candidate will understand how to define project vision and expectations, create project plans with clear timelines & dependencies, identify stakeholders and define appropriate engagement and communication plans, enable project governance, deliver executive communications and updates, and proactively identify risks and mitigations to ensure delivery happens in line with business requirements. The candidate should be able to think strategically, work across functional and organizational bounds, effectively collaborate at multiple levels up through senior leadership, and establish strong working relationships in a matrixed environment.



Responsibilities of the Programme Manager

* Serve as a trusted advisor, reporting directly to the EMEA Regional Business Lead
* React to the ongoing needs of the EMEA Government team and prioritize activities accordingly
* Orchestrate meetings and agendas - Prioritize,align, assess, and define meetings with key stakeholders, project leaders, SMEs to meet overall programme timelines.
* Communicate and report status - Provide progress updates, action item status and final decision criteria to key stakeholders, leaders,and partner teams.
* Partner - Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between Corp, Engineering, and Subsidiary teams to ensure the effective prioritization, development, review, and go-to-market of updated processes, capabilities, products, and solutions.
* Strive for an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with active feedback loop with stakeholders and active plan tracking with a focus on key improvements.
* Collaborates with EMEA leads and other internal teams to consolidate and prepare information, to support the presentation of business cases to leader. Researches and prepares informationfor the team. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and aids in data-driven decisions.
* Kick off internal initiatives with relevant team leaders/members, managing team adherence to organizational compliance goals, and communicating team feedback and questions. Works with cross-company/team counterparts and supports collaborations with the leadership team to articulate objectives and deliverables and to measure the outcomes relative to the stated goals.



Skills and experience required

* 4+ years related experience in programme management or senior project management, /technical leadership
* Ability to work and build strong relationships across teams and at all levels in the business
* Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* Strong self-motivation, highly adaptable, and a fierce advocate/influencer with the ability to collaboratewith cross-functional teams
* Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringenttimelines
* Passion and the ability to achieve exceptional results, tackle ambiguity, and match a fast-pace of delivery with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
* Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems by applying knowledge and judgment to identify approach and methods
* Background from sustainability projects is preferred
*Data Analytics and Data Management. Power BI skills preferred, with strong oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Government experience preferred, as is the ability to speak a second language.
