Concept Resourcing are looking for Project Manager to join a Central Government client based in Bristol.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between£300-500 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Proven experience in the leadership of internal and external teams in the delivery of complex projects and business change.
* Proven experience of a range of project delivery
* Proven experience in working within an HR/People based environment
* Experience of working successfully with TU colleagues in heavily unionised environments
* Ability to establish, encourage and motivate the project team.
* Build effective and supportive relationships within teams, across the Inspectorate and with stakeholders
* Share process improvements and efficiency ideas and solutions to enhance project delivery practices
* Supporting effective budget management.
* Retaining a continued awareness of spend v budget available.
* Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery of complex projects.
* Ability to communicate effectively across organisational, technical, and political boundaries understanding the context
* Ability to advocate and communicate what a team does to create trust and authenticity.* Ability to successfully react and respond to challenge within a multi-disciplinary organisation within the Public Sector.
*Able to take a continuous approach to planning and managing uncertainty.
* Able to communicate the plan, assumptions, and progress to a range of stakeholders clearly and within project timelines
* Experience of delivering projects and change within a public sector environment.
* Ability to provide input into business cases.
* To update key stakeholders on a regular set of timelines
