Project Manager - up to £65,000pa - Hybrid role - Northampton
Concept Resourcing are looking for a Project Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Northampton. This is a Hybrid role. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of a range of ongoing projects to develop the companies' systems and processes further successfully. Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Ensure resource availability andallocation.
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to the project scope, projectschedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
* Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
* Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
* Meet time and financial budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Requirements:
* Experience of managing software development or systems implementation projects.
* Knowledge of and experience using a formal project management methodology in an agile environment.
* Experience of the development of technical documentation.
* Familiarity with MS Office, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience of projects in retail, supply chain and procurement.
* Confident and capable to lead workshops for all levels within the company and to present findings to stakeholdersand interested parties.
Salary package & Benefits:
* The salary for this role is up to £65,000pa.
