Project Manager
Package/Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 p.a. dependent on experience (car allowance inclusive of total package)
Location: Abingdon (hybrid working available)
Duties and Responsibilities* Responsible for the successful, effective implementation and management of the technology within the allocated retail projects
* Ensuring all projects are completed to the satisfaction of their manager and the customer.
* Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
* Direct and coordinate all resources allocated to theproject.
* Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project.
* Manage, develop and safeguard all supplier and client relationships within their remit.
* The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will beexpected to perform different tasks as necessary by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
Essential:
* Experience in the implementation ofbusiness change in Retail environments.
* Experience of retail technology change programmes within a business environment andthe successful planning and implementation of the same.
* A familiarity with the construction 'delivery' process from designthrough to completion.
* Experience of working with demanding retail sector clients, in fast paced environments where multipleprojects are being implemented.
* The ability to manage high-end customers with multi-hardware installations with challengingand tight timescales.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Being willing to travel to site where applicable and work withintime zones.
* Prince 2 Project Management or APM Certified
