Recruitment Consultant- IT
Location: Milton Keynes (part remote working available) - £22-30,000 + OTE

We're looking for drivenTechnology recruitment professionals to join us in an exciting period of growth and expansion.
With your experience and marketknowledge you will have the opportunity to build a business within our private sector technology market. The role will entail developing new relationships with clients and building a lucrative candidate base. You will be given great scope to build a successful division by growing the overall team GP number and developing accounts.
The role in a nutshell
You will be joining a team of both experienced and junior consultants within an established market. You will be tasked with growing and developing your own desk by utilising our Business Development team, cross-selling, developing stronger relationships with existing Clients and generating your own new business relationships.

Profile:
We are looking for someone with either agency-based recruitment experience, ora sales professional from within the IT industry. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previousrevenue targets and the development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both newbusiness generation and account management / delivery.
