Are you a seasoned IT Problem Manager with a knack for solving complex issues and driving improvements? We are on the lookout for an exceptional professional to join our team on a contract basis!
Locations: London, Bristol, or Manchester - Hybrid, 3 days p/w on-siteContract Length: 8 months
Rate: £575 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and resolving IT problems within our organisation, ensuring efficient and effective incident resolution. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of IT service management.
Key Criteria
* An understanding of cyber security vulnerability classification, reporting and assessment the risks arising from poor domain management
* Able to ensure that theright actions are taken to investigate, resolve and anticipate problems coordinate the team to investigate problems, implementsolutions and take preventive measures
* Take accountability for issues that occur and be proactive in searching for potential problems achieve excellent user outcomes
* Experience investigating problems and opportunities in existing processes, andcontribute to recommending solutions, working with stakeholders to identify objectives and potential benefits
* Experienceidentifying and engaging with users or stakeholders to collate user needs evidence, understanding and defining research that fits user needs
* Able to identify identify process optimisation opportunities with guidance, and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions
