Senior Project Manager

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis to work for a leading supplier of EPOS equipment to pubs, restaurants and hotels
The Senior Project Manager Role:
* Some UK wide travel asand when required
* Working from home - meetings will be remotely via Teams
* Manage the delivery of the project/multiple projects in partnership with the customer and business line to ensure acceptance, close down, and handover to service of hardwareand software roll outs
* Internal stakeholder management
* Operating within defined working practices, ensuring compliance with project management policies, procedures, and methodology are followed and in place
* Establishing and reporting project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board through Highlight Reports and stage assessments
* Manage the risks associated with the deliverable of the project to minimise exposure to risk across multiple projects
* Integrating financial data for multiple projects and is accountable for tracking the project costs and supporting Business Units in meeting payment milestones
* Ensures that the impact on the Business Line Profit & Loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authority e.g., Project Board
* Ensuringthat the milestone achievements are signed by the customer and relevant invoices are raised
Experience Required:
* Previous Project Management experience within the EPOS/IT or Hospitality sector
* Experience in delivering solutions for small - mid scale clients
*
Proven project delivery, experience within the process of defining project requirements and objectives with a project board or appointed project assurance role is required
*
Stakeholder relationship management - Experience inworking closely with multiple customers, service lines, and 3rd parties to ensure successful delivery
*
Risk Management -Can confidently manage business and project risks and produce an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs can be understood and underwritten by all the parties
*
Finance and management of budgets - Experience in managing profitability, revenue, margins, rates, and utilisation across projects
*
Team Management- Skilled in gathering status reports of team members across their projects and addressing issues as appropriate
Package:
* £60,000 (DOE) + car allowance
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
To be suitable for this position you can reside anywhere in the UK, but have to becomfortable with potential UK wide travel as and when required which could involve some overnight stays.
