Role:
This is an opportunity to work within the Managed Service Pre-sales teams of one of the most well-established MSP's in the country. You will be advising and consulting clients for delivering solutionsacross a range of offerings, such as Transformation, Cloud, EUC and Service Desk.
To provide leadership within client engagements, and aid in actively developing the solution.
To deliver tailor-made, cost-effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction and scope are met.
To work closely with teams of technical architect, Service architects, Legal reps and more
KeyResponsibilities
* Support the Sales team through early engagement meetings, in order to shape and develop managed service.
* Work with multiple internal teams to develop existing service based on customer feedback
* Ensure all members are delivering to the best of their ability
* Ensure adherence to specific client statutory compliance commitments and guidelines
* Lead solution definition across Managed Service, Data Centre Service and Professional Service
* Obtain operational sign off theproposed solution.
* Creation and delivery of bid material, including formal client presentations
* Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience Required:
* Experience working in client-facing solution/service architecture
* Experience consulting or service delivery within the IT Industry
* Helped develop managed service (IT SD or EUC) solutions
* MSP Experience
* Experience working with bid teams for proposals and response
* Good understanding of ITIL
* Eligibility for SC clearance
Solution - Architecture - Design - ITIL - MSP - Managed Service - Data Centre - Professional Service - EUC - Service Desk - Transformation
* Provide excellent service delivery to all customers, both internal and external.* Perform all configuration to the manufacturer anbest practice guidelines.
* Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
* Often required to take ownership of complex situations when working on live customer networks
* Be part of a weekly standby rota paid as an on-call allowance, with overtime payable for any work completed outside of normal workinghours. The standby regularity is dependent on the team size, but is typically between 1 in 4 weeks and 1 in 8 weeks.
* Whererequired, provide either desk based support cover or onsite support cover to customers in accordance with the support teams processes and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITATIONS
* Proven hands-on working knowledge of technical solution implementation
* Thorough knowledge of UC and CC portfolio
* Deep understanding of networking protocols
