We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our end-user computing environment. As we transition to Windows 11, we are seeking a highly accomplished End User Computing Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our EUC Lead and contribute to a pivotal Proof of Concept (PoC) project.
Role Overview:
As an End User Computing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of our Windows 11 deployment strategy. You will help us transition our workload management from on-premises to the cloud, ensuring aseamless experience for our users. Your expertise will guide best practices and add significant value to our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the EUC Lead and team to deliver a successful Windows 11 PoC.
* Design and implement solutions for Windows 11 deployment across the organization.
* Advise on best practices for application deployment and troubleshooting using Intune.
* Configure user and device settings in Intune to optimize performance and security.
* Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning.
* Assist in the transition to modern management practices, including Windows Autopatch and Conditional Access.
* Provide support and guidance on Microsoft 365 and Windows 365 environments.
* Contribute to the development of Azure Virtual Desktop solutions as needed.
Required Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 - essential.* Extensive experience with Intune - including application deployment and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in Windows Autopilot- essential.
* Familiarity with Windows Autopatch, Microsoft 365, and Windows 365 - expected.
* Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and Conditional Access - nice to have.
