I am working with a large global IT professional services business, who are expanding their IT Service Desk function, to support new and existing customers, and we are looking forthe next generation in 1st Line IT Support Analysts.
You will be provided with an exceptional training and induction programme, followed by regular coaching and mentoring to help support your professional development goals.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with amazing prospects.
What are we looking for:
* Our Service Desk Analysts are ambitious and driven people, who have a passion for IT and are committed to up-skilling themselves.
* You will have a strong customer service background, and understand the importance of having a professional and calm approach when speaking with customers.
* Although not at all essential, any commercial experience providing 1st Line IT Support within a Service Desk environment, is highly advantageous.
* You will have a methodical approach towards process's and documentation.
* A calm and concise telephone manner.
* A friendlyand sociable nature.
