Client:
Concept IT are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work for a busy SME MSP based in Gloucester. My clientprovides a busy service desk to customers all over the UK and due to a sustained period of growth are looking to expand their IT team.

Role:
Provide onsite IT technical support for customers, over the phone or on email. Ensuring the customers receive the highest level of support, working closely with the technical teams to investigate, troubleshoot and support IT infrastructure, hardware, and software across our customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide telephone and ticketing based customer support
* Utilise Claranet's knowledge base to provide 1st line support
* To provide customer request fulfilment for Claranet
* Escalate issues to teams as appropriate
* Effectively communicate between support teams and the customer

Person Specification

* Excellent customer facing and communication skills
* Problem solving skills and resilience to issues and influences outside of his/her control.
* Excellent team player, flexible, responsive, takes ownership and can work on the detailin a real time environment that requires out of hours work as necessary.
* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
* OOH work may be required occasionally to cover OOH team annual leave, so must be flexible.

Technical Requirements

The following technical competencies are desirable but not essential:
* Previous ISP, Managed Service or Telecomsexperience Relevant industry qualifications
* Proven analytical and problem solving skills
* Good understanding of IT ServiceManagement
* ITIL v3 Foundation and experience working in an ITIL environment
* Relevant industry qualifications
* Holds somerelevant technical accreditation's (MCP / MCSE/ CCNA)
* Previous experience of working for a service provider or Telecommunications business
* Customer Service trained
