Concept Resourcing are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £150-180 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous UK government or public sector experience desirable.
* Have experience of working in a 1st/2nd line service desk environment dealing with a varied mix ofcustomers
* Experienced in working and solving problems in multidisciplinary teams, using desktop and software management andfault finding resolutions
* User centred focused and adopt an end user approach by taking ownership and accountability of incidents raised and creating resolutions,to deliver an excellent IT service
* Have experience in explaining technical issues totechnical and non technical people, using and understanding new and emerging technologies to support this
* Able to support the understanding of asset management and the highlight the impact on delivery of IT services
* Knowledge and experience of apple products/IOS (phones & Laptops) - ESSENTIAL
* Experience supporting Wifi & Google Cloud services - ESSENTIAL
*Knowledge and experience of the Google Suite - ESSENTIAL
